Exchange Policy Overview:


Our goal at The Opal Jewels is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a hassle-free shopping experience, we have a straightforward exchange policy in place. Please be aware that we do not accept returns unless the product is found to be defective.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:


To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria within 10 days from the date of purchase:


1. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.


2. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from The Opal Jewels. If you bought our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their exchange policy.

Initiating an Exchange:


Follow these steps to initiate an exchange:


1. Contact our customer support team at order.theopaljewels@gmail.com within 10 days of your purchase to request an exchange.


2. We will organize a reverse pickup for the product.


3. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged, incorrect, or defective. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Processing Exchanges:
Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the returned item, subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference as a credit note or request additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items:
For damaged or defective items, contact our customer support team at order.theopaljewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to exchange the item and offer a replacement.
